To realize further growth in Italy, we are looking for an enterprising Country Manager / Distributor Italy.
Job description Country Manager / Distributor Italy
- You are an entrepreneur in your actions, and you see it as a beautiful and feasible challenge to make the innovative JobAligner Work Happiness App go viral in Italy.
- You embrace innovations that improve job satisfaction and entrepreneurial results.
- You see it as a great challenge to book new business yourself.
- You are responsible for setting up a sales network for the Italian market, taking the initiative to contract a successful sales representative per region. The final appointment takes place together with the CEO.
- You help determine the commercial strategy and manage the regionalsales representatives. You closely follow up on predetermined KPIs and targets and make adjustments where necessary. You inspire and motivate your sales team to jointly pursue the organizational objectives.
- You will ensure the further growth of the JobAligner brand and services in Italy, in collaboration with the CEO and the Marketing Director.
- You report directly to the CEO, with whom you work closely.
Profile
- You are highly entrepreneurial, have a lot of energy and the drive to achieve the set goals.
- You have completed higher education orare equivalent through experience. You combine your strategic insight with a hands-on mentality.
- You have a great affinity with the themes: work happiness, leadership, organizational development and personal growth. And you feel completely at one with the vision of JobAligner: 'We facilitate hard entrepreneurial goals and more work happiness by paying attention to the soft human side.'
- You are an experienced B2B sales manager and thanks to your strong relational and communication skills, you can involve thesales team in your story.
- You like to give direction as anentrepreneur and achieve results. Leadership is in your DNA.
- You speak English fluently.
